A five-week live program for producing commercial real estate brokers. Start with working tools on day one, finish with a workflow of your own running on a schedule. Graduates get a standing discount on every build afterwards.

The things people ask on the first call.
Do we need technical staff to run these automations?
No. Everything we build is operated in plain English by whoever already does the work. We hand over written instructions and walk your team through it live, so nobody needs to understand what is happening underneath.
How long does a typical build take?
Most single-workflow builds run two to three weeks from discovery call to handoff. Voice agents usually take three to four weeks because they need call scripting and testing against real conversations. Larger multi-process engagements are scoped after discovery.
What does it cost?
There is no list price because there is no standard build. Cost depends on how many steps a process has, which tools it touches, and whether your team wants training alongside it. The discovery call produces a fixed scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
What happens to our data?
The automations run inside your own accounts, on your own tools. We do not host your data or hold copies of it. You decide what we can reach and for how long, and most clients keep us involved after handoff so that someone is watching when their tools change.
What if the automation breaks after handoff?
Every build includes 30 days of support after handoff. Tools change, and something that worked in month one can need adjusting in month six, so ongoing support is available separately if you want it.
Do you only work with businesses in Minnesota?
No. The work is done remotely and we work with businesses across the United States. Discovery calls and training sessions happen over video.
