Privacy
One form, one purpose, and nothing running in the background.
This site has a single form on it. This page explains exactly what that form collects, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. There is nothing else being recorded while you read.
01
What the form collects
Everything below comes from the discovery call form on the contact page. If you never submit that form, none of it exists.
What you type
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website, if you give one
- Your team size and timeline
- Which services you are interested in
- Your description of the process you want to fix, and the tools your team uses
What gets recorded automatically
Netlify, the service that receives the form, attaches three things to every submission without asking. They are listed here because they are collected, not because they are wanted.
- The IP address you submitted from
- Your browser and operating system
- The page you arrived from
02
What it is used for
One thing. Preparing for and holding your discovery call.
What happens
Will reads your submission, replies with times, asks follow up questions about the process you described, and uses your answers to prepare the written map you get afterward.
What does not happen
You are not added to a mailing list. There is no drip sequence, no newsletter, and no automated follow up campaign. If you do not reply, you do not hear from us again.
03
Who else can see it
Three companies handle the data in the course of delivering it. None of them are given it for their own purposes.
-
Netlify
Hosts this site and receives the form. Submissions are stored in a Netlify dashboard that only Will can log into.
-
Google
Serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading a font tells Google your IP address. No other information is shared, and this happens whether or not you use the form.
-
Google Workspace, for mail
Each submission is emailed to Will, so a copy also sits in that inbox.
Changes
If this page changes
This page describes how the site works today, 12 August 2026. If the site starts collecting something new, this page gets updated in the same change that adds it, not afterward. There is no version where the page and the site disagree.
