02 — Seats

Billed by the producer, not the person

A producer runs their own book and pays the full rate. Support seats, meaning analysts, assistants and coordinators, attach to a producer at a reduced rate and are capped at two or three per producer.

Producer seat

For brokers running their own book: tenant rep, landlord rep, or investment sales.

  • Four live sessions plus Module 0
  • Cheat sheets, demo folder, recordings
  • Group office hours
  • A capstone skill you build yourself
  • One-to-one capstone clinic
  • Direct async access between sessions

Support seat

For the analysts, assistants and coordinators who support a producer's deals.

  • Four live sessions plus Module 0
  • Cheat sheets, demo folder, recordings
  • Group office hours
  • A capstone skill you build yourself

The one-to-one capstone clinic is available as an add-on. Direct async access between sessions is not included.

Seat rates are quoted per firm after a short call, because the mix of producer and support seats and whether you want the prebuilt kit change the number enough that one printed figure would be wrong for most firms.

03 — The prebuilt skill kit

Six skills, installed before Session 1

Generic, CRE-broker-shaped, with no branding baked in. The kit is what separates a loaded seat from an unloaded one, and it is optional.

Lease abstract

A lease, amendment or LOI becomes a standard abstract with a critical dates table.

Deal comparison model

Multiple proposals become a side-by-side multi-year occupancy cost model in Excel.

Market and comp research

A submarket or property becomes a structured survey document with sourced comps.

Meeting follow-up

A transcript becomes per-person follow-up emails and a running task list.

Client status update

A deal folder and email thread become a client-ready update in a consistent format.

Critical-dates watch

A scheduled scan of your abstracted leases surfaces upcoming option, renewal and termination dates.

Built together

Loaded seats also walk away with a firm context skill and their own capstone skill, plus a light logo and colour setup for their documents. None of this is preloaded. It is built live, with you, in the room during the course.

04 — Per-project builds

Fixed fee, quoted before work starts

Every build includes a scoping call, testing on real data, one revision round, and a handoff document with a screen recording. Builds are sized by shape, not by hours.

Small

One input, one output, an existing template, no live data. A report format, a standardised email, a cleanup routine.

Medium

Multi-step, two or more sources, real judgment in the middle. A tuned deal comparison, a tour-book builder.

Large

Live connections, scheduled, multi-stage and client-facing. A full brand pack, a pipeline automation.

Course graduates

Been through the course? Every build after that runs at a standing discount, for as long as you keep working with us.

05

Beyond the live sessions and the kit

  1. Five cheat sheets

One per session, in the DeGonda Automates format.

  2. Tricks cheat sheet

    The general Claude best-practices one-pager.

  3. Setup guide

A PDF plus a short screen recording for Module 0.

  4. Demo deal folder

Sanitised files to practise on without touching client data.

  5. Session recordings

Included, with access expiring 60 days after the cohort ends.

  6. Capstone summary

One page: what you built, how to change it, what to do when it breaks.

  7. Shared channel

    For office-hours questions between sessions.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need to be technical to take this course?

No. The course is built for producing brokers, not engineers. You work in your own files, on your own deals, and the sessions are structured so that you finish each one with something that runs. If you can describe how your work gets done, you can do this.

What does a seat cost?

Pricing is quoted per firm after a short call, because seat mix and whether you want the prebuilt kit change the number enough that a single figure printed here would be wrong for most readers. The call is free and you get a written quote.

What is the difference between a producer seat and a support seat?

A producer runs their own book, whether that is tenant rep, landlord rep or investment sales, and pays the full seat rate. Support seats are for the analysts, assistants and coordinators who work on a producer's deals, and they attach to a producer at a reduced rate, capped at two or three per producer.

What happens after the course ends?

You keep everything you built, the recordings for 60 days, and the capstone summary. If you want more built afterwards, course graduates get a standing discount on every project build, and there is an optional monthly retainer if you would rather have ongoing support than one-off projects.

How big is a cohort?

Small, roughly eight to ten seats, because Week 5 is a one-to-one clinic and the whole course depends on working on your actual deals rather than a generic example.
