What we do
Learn it, or have it built. Usually both.
We build automations inside your own accounts, on the tools you already pay for, and hand them over with documentation your team can actually follow. Then we stay close enough to keep them working as your tools and your process change.
01
AI training
We teach business owners and their teams to use AI on the work they already do. Not on sample data, not on a generic example, on your own files and your own processes.
The reason training comes first is simple. Hiring someone to build one automation solves one problem. Understanding how to build them changes how you look at every process you run. Most people who start with a single build come back for the training, so we now recommend the order in reverse.
Sessions are live and small. You bring real work to each one and leave with something that runs. There is no homework that gets skipped, because the exercise is your own job.
Claude for CRE Brokers
The current program is a five-week cohort built specifically for producing commercial real estate brokers, covering lease abstraction, deal comparison, market research and client updates. It has its own page with the full week-by-week breakdown.

The same structure runs for any business where the work is repetitive and document-heavy. If you are not in commercial real estate, the call is about which of your processes the sessions get built around.
02
Custom automations
For the processes you would rather never think about again. Fixed scope, fixed price agreed before anything starts, built inside your own accounts and tools.
The most common builds are post-meeting workflows, where a finished call becomes a filed summary, updated contact records, assigned tasks and a drafted follow-up email; voice agents that answer the phone, book appointments and hand off to a person when the conversation needs one; and document pipelines that turn raw files into a consistent, client-ready format.
A person always approves anything that leaves your business. Automations draft, people send. Internal filing and record updates run unattended once you have watched them work.
Builds live in your own accounts and your team runs them day to day. After the first 30 days of support, most clients keep us on a monthly retainer so that someone is watching when a tool changes underneath a process that was working fine.
How we work
You approve the price before anything gets built.
Four steps, in the same order every time. The only surprise we ever want you to have is how boring the process is.
-
Discovery call · 30 minutes, free
We map how the work flows today, not how it is supposed to. You will be asked a lot of specific questions about who does what and when. At the end you get an honest read on whether there is enough here to be worth building, including when the answer is no.
-
Written scope and fixed price
A document naming exactly what gets built, what it will do, what it explicitly will not do, the timeline, and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the number does not move afterward unless you ask for something new.
-
Build and test on your real cases
Built inside your accounts, tested against actual work from your business rather than demo data. You see it running on something you recognize before you sign off on it.
-
Handoff, training, and 30 days of support
A live walkthrough with the people who will use it daily, plus written instructions in plain language. Then thirty days where you can ask us anything at no extra cost.
Pricing
There is no price list, and that is on purpose.
A two-step workflow and a twelve-step workflow are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would mean quoting you a number that is wrong in one direction or the other.
What we can promise is the shape of it: one fixed price, agreed in writing after the discovery call, before any work begins. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices, no retainer you have to remember to cancel. If the project grows because you want something added, we quote that separately and you decide.
What determines the price
- How many steps the process has
- How many tools it has to connect to
- Whether your tools have clean integrations or awkward ones
- How many people need training on it
- Whether you want the Blueprint alongside the build
Takes about three minutes. You get a written response within one business day.
Questions
Before you book a call.
Which service should we start with?
Start with whichever problem is costing you the most hours right now. If you want the capability in-house so your team keeps building after we leave, start with the training. If there is one specific process you would rather never think about again, start with a custom build. Most people end up doing both, in that order.
Can we combine a build with training?
Yes, and most businesses do. We build the first automation so your team can see a finished example, then run the training using that build as the teaching case. It is scoped as one engagement, and anyone who has been through the training gets a standing discount on every build afterwards.
What tools do you work with?
We build on whatever you already use. Common ones are Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and the major meeting recorders. If you use something unusual, the discovery call is where we confirm it can connect before you commit to anything.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Everything is built inside your own accounts and stays there, documented so your team can run it day to day. Most clients keep us on afterwards for the same reason they would keep any working system maintained, because tools change and processes grow.
How do you price this?
Fixed price per engagement, agreed in writing after the discovery call and before any building starts. There is no published rate card because a two-step workflow and a twelve-step workflow are not the same job. You will never receive an invoice for a number you did not approve first.
